We invite all residents to join us for an informational session with Eric Heppen, P.E., PMP, Director of Engineering for Harris County, at the clubhouse on August 18th from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, prior to our regular board meeting. Mr. Heppen will be available to answer any questions you may have regarding the ongoing drainage project.
An overview of the work being completed is included in the attached PDF. Please note the following key points:
- Street Reconstruction: On all side streets, one lane of concrete pavement and the attached curb will be reconstructed. With the exception of Campos Drive, the north lanes in the project area will be reconstructed, as shown in the exhibit.
- Storm Sewer Installation: A new storm sewer will be installed beneath the newly reconstructed lane of pavement.
- Driveways: In general, driveways will not be reconstructed. Only the section where the curb line meets the roadway will be replaced. Homeowners may coordinate directly with the contractor if they wish to have their entire driveway replaced, at their own expense, outside the scope of this project.
Following the Q&A session, our regular monthly HOA board meeting will begin at 7:30 PM at the clubhouse. We encourage all residents to attend and stay informed.
